all laugh. We laugh for many reasons and in many ways.

discover these answers, you need to maintain a laughter log daily. A Laughter
Log is a systematic record of how much you laugh daily. Why you laugh, and what
makes you laugh and in what way you laugh. Laughter Log will help you to
discover your ability to laugh at life. You can use it to record your everyday
laughing experiences and it can help you to laugh more. You’ll be able to make
laughter part of your life and get the benefits of laughing.
Why
should you laugh daily? Laughter is one of the most common positive emotions
that can be experienced by human beings. So laugh daily and more often.
Laughter is the best medicine. It has many benefits physiological;
psychological and social. It helps us to lead a healthy and happy life. It is
