More often students have spent nights while preparing for exam and find it difficult to remember what they have learnt. Students have been seen compelling their minds to remember answer they were so thorough with, whilst wishing that their memory was a bit sharper and better . 

  • Chunk Information: 

Breaking your syllabus into small fractions will help you to soak up the information better for it thwarts the boundary of information and aids in better retention. 

For example: it would be much easier to memory the numerous maths and physics formulas By breaking them into bit rather than cramming them wholly.  

  • Trying Acronyms, Abbreviations and Mnemonics : 

It is simpler to remember information or by creating patterns that help you link with the information learner. 

  • Visualize Concepts: 

You could benefit considerably if you visualize the information, you study , pay need to the chart, pictures and other graphics in your text book. Try creating your own visual cues if you don’t find any in the books play with figures draw chats, using highlighter in different colours in your study materials, also making notes or flashcards can help in strengthening the concepts in your mind. 

  • Read Out Aloud: 

Reading out aloud can significantly improve your memory of the related information. It has also been proven that if you teach new concepts to others, it will not only enhance your understanding but will also help you with recalling better, so if you’ve learned something new, try teaching or explaining the same to your friends or study partner. 

  • Eating well and sleeping enough: 

A clam and reset mind and body are necessary for easy and better memory recall. So, it’s imperative for you to sleep at least 7 to 8 hours per day, Also consuming nutritious meals, fruits and snacks in vital too prevent weakness and tiredness. Healthy food and good sleep are the keys for bolstering your memory while enabling your efficient learning. 

  • Get Moving: 

When it comes to cognitive performance, there’s nothing in this world that could beat the power of working out. So, do walking, running , strength , training yoga or your favourite sport, just get moving me order to de-stress, boost your memory, your focus and what not!.
