INTRODUCTION
In today’s fast-paced world, mental health has become a critical aspect of overall well-being. Despite its growing importance, mental health often remains under-discussed due to lingering stigma and misconceptions. Mental health is more important than ever in modern times, as the fast-paced nature of our lives can take a serious toll on our well-being. With constant exposure to stress, social pressures, and digital distractions, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or disconnected. Taking care of mental health isn’t just about avoiding illness; it’s about maintaining balance, building resilience, and fostering a positive mindset. Prioritizing mental health allows us to cope with challenges, strengthen relationships, and perform better in our personal and professional lives. By breaking the stigma and seeking support when needed, we can create a healthier, more understanding society. This article explores why mental health matters, the challenges surrounding it, and ways to nurture a healthier mind.
WHY MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS ?
Mental health matters because, it encompasses emotional, psychological, and social well-being. 4. AWARENESS: Many people are not aware of mental health especially in undeveloped places, they are not aware about the consequences or severity of the mental health issues.
