While social media offers numerous benefits, including fostering communication and providing access to information, its impact on mental health has sparked significant concern. This essay explores both the positive and negative effects of social media on mental well-being.

POSITIVE IMPACTS

    Social media can serve as a powerful tool for enhancing mental health. For many, these platforms provide a sense of belonging and connection, particularly for individuals who may feel isolated in their offline lives. Communities centered around shared interests, hobbies, or challenges offer support and understanding.
